ESCAPE CUSTOM MASSAGE
Your therapist will consult with you regarding your goal for your session and use a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to address your individual needs. Swedish techniques use gentle pressure to relieve the effects of stress, increases circulation and eases sore, achy muscles. Deep Tissue techniques use a firmer pressure on the deeper layers of muscle tissue and fascia (the connective tissue around the muscles) focusing on tightness and knots which is beneficial for chronic aches and pains in specific problem areas.
